Official Rules and Regulations
Voter's rules and regulations for People's Choice Voting:

Voters will vote for their People's Choice selection based on the 2026 pageant contestants listed on the official website. Online voting will begin WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2026 at 8:00AM (PST). Online voting will end on SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2026 at 6:00PM (PST). Online voting is open to anyone that is at least 18 years of age and has the ability to make payment using a credit/debit card or payment site (PayPal, Venmo, etc.).

Voters may vote for as many contestants as they choose and as many times as they choose. One vote equals $1.00 (US dollar) donation. Voters must vote a minimum of five (5) votes or $5.00 US to no limit (see drop down link on Voting page) for any given contestant. The drop-down arrow by the contestant’s photo will give you a choice of votes to select. Percentages of all donations will be distributed accordingly: Seventy percent to be used for the Victoria’s Voice Foundation, and other associated costs/fees associated with the production of this event; Thirty
percent to benefit the one People's Choice winner's charity of choice with the most votes in. No refunds will be issued to any voter for any reason, under any circumstances. There will be one winner among all 2026 Mrs. Nevada-America/ Mrs. Nevada AmeriCAN/ Miss Nevada for America Strong contestants. The winner will be announced onstage Sunday, May 31st, 2026 during the final pageant competition. If for any reason there is a tie, the contestant with the highest Judges Interview score will become the People';s Choice winner. This voting has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant. Prizes are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Mrs. Nevada America Pageant, LLC is not responsible for (a)
electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Mrs. Nevada- America Pageant users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the voting or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a voters ability to participate in the voting.
