With more than 30 years in the homebuilding industry, Nicole has built her career on leadership, innovation, and a deep passion for creating communities. Over the past decade, she has served as Division President for Richmond American Homes, guiding teams through growth, change, and long-term success. Following Richmond American Homes’ acquisition by Sekisui House US, her role expanded to overseeing operations across Nevada and St. George, Utah, supporting not only Richmond American Homes but also Woodside Homes and SHAWOOD. This next chapter has allowed her to blend decades of experience with forward-thinking global practices while maintaining a strong focus on quality, culture, and people.

Giving back - especially to women in the industry - has always been a priority. Nicole is deeply involved with Professional Women in Building in Southern Nevada, an organization that has played a meaningful role in shaping her Mrs. Nevada American platform, Build Your Dreams. Through this platform, she actively encourages more women to explore careers in construction and homebuilding while working to break down barriers that still exist. To further support this mission, Nicole established a scholarship that provides financial assistance to girls and women pursuing education and training in these fields, helping turn ambition into opportunity.

Philanthropy is also a central part of her family life. Nicole and her husband, Gregg, have been married for more than 20 years, and together with their sons, Chandler and Connor, they have made giving back a consistent part of their lives. The family volunteers with organizations such as Betty’s Village and Joy Prom and proudly supports Soldier’s Angels. They value time together, especially summer days by the pool and trips to Maui. Gregg is a Realtor, Chandler works in programming for custom home finishes and enjoys golfing, and Connor is studying finance at UNLV while training in MMA. Serving as Mrs. Nevada American has been one of the greatest honors of her life, creating meaningful opportunities and connecting her with inspiring individuals along the way.
